Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are applied to the Cupzone website as operated by Kilner Vacuumation Company Limited, referred to hereafter as 'Kilner Vacuumation'.

Payment Terms

For 'New Customers' payment by Proforma invoice is required. In the case of existing Customers payment shall be made to Kilner Vacuumation within 30 days of invoice. In the event of default of payment by the Customer, Kilner Vacuumation. will have the rights to suspend the all deliveries to the Customer until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Should the need arise, Legal Action will be taken to recover any outstanding costs incurred by the Customer. In this event the Customer will be liable with no limitations. The title to the goods does not pass to the customer until Kilner Vacuumation has received payment in full.

Delivery Times/Goods

Delivery dates are based on our current stocks or lead times from the manufacturer. Where items are available from stock, we will dispatch the goods the same day provided an order is placed before 12.00am. For non-stock items a delivery date will be advised. Delivery dates are provided as accurately as possible and cannot be guaranteed. Kilner Vacuumation cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries or losses due to suppliers or third party couriers. Goods will not be despatched without an official order number. In the case of new customers dispatch will be arranged after the proforma payment is made.

Samples

The customer may request a sample prior to full order. Samples in limited quantities can be provided free of charge in some cases.

Returns

All goods to be returned must have a returns number issued and be returned within seven days of receipt at the customers designated delivery address. A full refund shall only be given if the item(s) are defective. In other cases a fee of 15% may be applied at the discretion of Kilner Vacuumation. Factory ordered items cannot be refunded.
