Materials

Cupzone provide vacuum cups in a range of materials.

For general purpose applications materials such as Nitrile (NBR), Chloroprene (CR) and Natural Rubber (NR) can be used.

Silicone is used in the food industry and for high temperature applications. Materials such as Polyurethane (PU), combine high wear, chemical & ozone resistance. Thermoplastic Polymer (TPU) are excellent where low marking and high wear resistance is needed. Other materials provide a variety of property combinations to suit most needs.
