Multi Flex

Multiflex cup are manufactured from dual hardness TPU. This provides softness for the cup lip and firmer material for the folds giving stregth and stability. You can find the multi flex cups within the bellows cups range.

We offer a series of vacuum cups with custom made materials. The multiflex range are manufactured from the newly developed TPU material combination. Multiflex vacuum cups use both soft and firm sections within the same cup affording both stability and softness. The benefits of TPU cups are:

• Extremely high wear resistance
• better friction qualities
• Excellent setback behaviour
• low residual adhesion
• Nearly perfect non marking

The bellows Multiflex cups have two part design with a combination of hardness grades. The upper bellows area produced in 60° Shore giving excellent stability, the vacuum cup lip produced in 30° Shore provides flexibility.
